The appliance repair service call includes a visit to your home and the first 15 minutes of diagnosis at no extra charge. If we need to return, the only additional costs will be for parts and $30 for every 15 minutes of labor, which reflects our service rates. If a second technician is required for certain stacked units or wall ovens, an additional labor cost will apply.
